Refund policy

All regular orders are shipped via USPS First-class within 3 business days of payment confirmation. An email confirmation will be sent once your package is on its way!! If for any reason there is a delay processing, an email will be sent and refund offered.  We are not responsible for weather, holiday or other delays stemming from USPS. We provide tracking on all orders and are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.  Thanks so much for your understanding!! 

If for any reason you do not love your jewelry we will gladly exchange your jewelry.  All returns must happen within 7 days of purchase. If for any reason the item breaks, we will exchange your item within 60 days of your original purchase date. Please mail your package back to Epp & Co. at the address below and send an email to jessicaeppandco@gmail.com stating what is being returned.  Once the return is received a credit will be processed.
